By connecting your Instagram and Shopify accounts to Replyo, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Replyo is operated by BABC GLOBAL FZCO, IFZA Properties A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Replyo”, “we”, “us”).

1. The service

Replyo lets you create automations that reply to Instagram comments with a direct message and a public reply, and attributes resulting Shopify orders to those automations using the official Instagram and Shopify APIs.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Replyo to send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate others, harvest data, or circumvent Instagram or Shopify rules. We may suspend automations that violate these terms or platform policies.

4. Platform dependencies

Replyo depends on the Instagram and Shopify platforms. Their availability, rate limits and policy changes can affect the service. We operate within their official APIs and terms.

5. Pricing

Replyo is offered at a flat subscription price with unlimited contacts. Billing terms, trials and cancellation are described at sign-up. (Confirm your final billing terms here before launch.)

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. Revenue attribution reflects matches between clicks and orders within your attribution window and is provided for insight, not as a financial guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

You may stop using Replyo and disconnect your accounts at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
